Our Story

Ethical Dog was set up by animal lovers who wanted to make the world a better place by helping and supporting some of the most unwanted, abused, neglected and voiceless dogs.

The journey started in 2017 with a dog shelter we visited in Portugal. Having seen the conditions locally, we had to help all dogs around the world… Ethical Dog was born and we have never looked back since!

Great things can be achieved when we all work together towards a common goal, creating more happiness in the world. We welcome you to join us on this wonderful journey. It is a privilege to be able to make a difference and we would like to share it with as many of you as we can.

With your support, we contribute to neutering campaigns, local education programs as well as support and supervision at the local international shelters.

We send supplies collected by our supporters over to the shelter monthly as well as funds for vaccinations, medical care and improvements at the shelter.

We are here to help wonderful dogs who have so little and deserve a chance to find a loving family of their own.
